The insertion of OrganicArchitecture in workplaces
Ever since I can remember myself, I have always loved architecture and design in general.
I remember starting my passion by becoming self-taught in building design and then I started taking design courses at the age of 16 to get into architecture school or something similar.
I am now an Interior Architecture graduate and I am eager to develop and grow my knowledge in the subject.
This semester I am working with a professor from the University on a research project related to Organic Architecture, which is something I worked on in my thesis.
Everything that has to do with the environment and especially with its protection and respectful use is something I am passionate about and I have decided to choose this direction of architecture and sustainability for my Master's degree.
"The Insertion of Organic Architecture in Workplaces" proposes a paradigm shift in office design, driven by a commitment to sustainability and employee well-being. Initiated in response to the growing need for healthier work environments, the proposal advocates for integrating organic architectural principles into traditional office spaces. Developed through interdisciplinary collaboration between architects, environmental psychologists, and workplace consultants, the framework prioritizes biophilic design elements, such as natural light, greenery, and open spaces. The most successful aspects include improved employee morale, productivity, and overall satisfaction. Its impact extends to reducing stress levels, enhancing creativity, and fostering a sense of connection with nature. Looking ahead, the proposal envisions a widespread adoption of organic architecture in workplaces worldwide, promoting healthier, more inspiring, and sustainable work environments for all.
